Opened on April 9, 2022, it is Datong District's first dog-only park, covering about 1,750 square meters with separate sections for large and small dogs. Safety fencing, double-gated entries, benches, dog-waste bag dispensers, trash bins, and washing stations make the site comfortable and secure. After a run, owners can walk over to the nearby Dadaocheng and Dihua Street commercial district for a meal or coffee, extending the outing into a relaxed half-day in one of Taipei's most historic neighborhoods.

The compound preserves its red brick walls and Japanese-era timber construction, restored through the city's Old House Cultural Movement and reopened as a lifestyle cluster of cafes, restaurants, and design-focused shops alongside history exhibits. Accessibility elevators, gender-friendly and parent-child restrooms, and pet-friendly amenities such as grooming spas and dog-friendly seating make it welcoming for families, couples, pet owners, and design enthusiasts. The park is a short walk from MRT Dongmen Station and rotates seasonal programming throughout the year.

Wanxing Dog Exercise Area sits inside the Daonan Left Bank Riverside Park in Taipei's Wenshan District, adjacent to the Taipei Zoo parking lot and the Jingmei River. It opened in 2017 with separate large-dog and small-dog zones, and in 2025 a new medium-dog zone of about 419 square meters was added, bringing the total area to roughly 2,181 square meters and making it the first dog park in Taiwan with a dedicated zone for medium-sized dogs. The clearly separated runs, shade trees, lawns, and rest facilities let dogs of similar size play safely and give owners a comfortable place to spend a relaxed afternoon outdoors.

Yingfeng Dog Park in Taipei's Songshan District is the city's first dog-only sports park, covering roughly one hectare divided into a large-dog run of about 0.6 hectares and a small-dog run of about 0.4 hectares. Double-gated entries, agility equipment such as climbing panels and mini tunnels, shade canopies, benches, washing stations, dog-waste bins, and waste-bag dispensers are all provided. The broad lawn is lit for evening use, and a parking lot with capacity for more than 50 vehicles makes arrival simple. Dogs can be off leash inside the runs, and the park functions as a social hub for both dogs and their owners across the wider Songshan and Neihu area.
