Andong Tunnel in Dongyin Township, Lienchiang County, is an underground military bunker about 600 meters long with a steep 450-step descent, built during the Cold War in the 1970s. After being decommissioned in 2002, it was opened to the public by the Matsu National Scenic Area Administration. Inside, visitors can see the original barracks living facilities, observation ports, and sleeping quarters, experiencing battlefield engineering and historical atmosphere. The site is also a natural viewpoint for watching seabirds such as terns, suitable for families and adventurous travelers.

Constructed in 1872 during the Qing dynasty following the Treaty of Nanking, it was later listed as a Grade II historic site in 1988. The combined elevation of tower and mountain provides an outstanding observation deck overlooking Fuzheng Village and Fuzheng Beach, especially beautiful at dusk when Dongju's finest sunset unfolds. During the blue-tear season from April to September, the sea glows fluorescent blue, adding a romantic atmosphere for photographers and family travelers. The lighthouse is open to the public free of charge, ideal for family outings, escaping the heat, or seeking a tranquil blend of nature and history.
