Anping Tree House is located on Gubao Street in Anping District, Tainan. Originally a warehouse of the British Tait & Company merchant house during the Japanese colonial period, it gradually became enveloped by the roots of old banyan trees, creating a unique 'tree-building symbiosis' landscape. The site preserves the red-brick exterior and features wooden boardwalks that let visitors safely navigate through the intertwined roots and brick walls, blending historical and natural appeal. The Tree House shares a joint ticket with the Tait & Company building and the Zhu Jiuying Memorial Hall, making it ideal for family visits.
