It is easy to reach — about 25 to 40 minutes by car, or via Keelung City Bus 305, 310, or the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Coastal line. Summer hours run 14:00 to 18:00 with lifeguards on duty, making it a popular family summer escape and water-play destination in northern Taiwan.
