Opened on April 9, 2022, it is Datong District's first dog-only park, covering about 1,750 square meters with separate sections for large and small dogs. Safety fencing, double-gated entries, benches, dog-waste bag dispensers, trash bins, and washing stations make the site comfortable and secure. After a run, owners can walk over to the nearby Dadaocheng and Dihua Street commercial district for a meal or coffee, extending the outing into a relaxed half-day in one of Taipei's most historic neighborhoods.

Open fires, barbecues, drinking, gambling, fishing and smoking are not permitted, and there is no barrier-free access; visitors are advised to bring their own food and drink.
